A few things that gets me (and if I miss my guess, most of you too) are as follows:

#1:

The allowance of bad flash that slips into Newgrounds on a regular basis. While we get to view awesomeness from Dave, Weebl, and Adam (the Bitey dude); we're subjected to mind-numbing flash as well (you know who you are). I'm not going to lie: I know absolutely zip when it comes to making a Flash...but I get tired of seeing crap. When I first got here, I saw RAB begrudgingly but came to expect a great feature done by David Lovelace.

#2:

Bad dubbing and the hard of hearing. I know some of you are either new to Flash or whatnot...but that goes without saying that you should've listened to your audio to correct that small but signifigant mistake. [Mrfgle mrrrffff Penis....Blah-blah-blah]

#3:

Constructive critisim is anything but. Self explanitory.
